Creating an account on the TEKLYNX eCommerce Storefront allows you to:
- View your order history
- Save and send quotes
- Easily renew licenses and maintenance agreements
Creating an account is required to ensure our customers have access to their order history and license details.
First, you can attempt to create an account. If you already have an account, you will see the error message, "An account already exists for this email address."
Next, visit the login page and attempt to log in. If you do not have an account, the error will state, "No customer account found." In this case, you can create a new account.
If the error states, "The credentials provided are incorrect," you have provided an incorrect password. Try again, or visit the forgot password page.
If the error states, "This account is not activated," check your email inbox for an email with the subject, "Account activation on TEKLYNX eCommerce Storefront" and click the confirmation link. If you did not receive this email, first check your Spam/Junk folder, and then contact TEKLYNX for assistance.
Visit the create account page and fill out the form.
In a few minutes, you should receive an account activation email with the subject, "Account activation on TEKLYNX eCommerce Storefront". Click the confirmation link to activate your account and automatically log in.
If you don't receive an account activation email, first check your Spam/Junk folder, and then contact TEKLYNX for assistance.
Please visit the forgot password page, enter your email address, and click the RECOVER button.
If you see an error stating, "Email not found," you need to create or activate your account.

A Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) includes the value of free technical support during business hours, access to free version upgrades, and access to Basic and Advanced on-demand training webinars.
All perpetual licenses sold on the TEKLYNX eCommerce Storefront require a minimum of a 1-year Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA). You have the choice of extending your SMA to 3- or 5-year duration.
A TEKLYNX subscription license offers you all of the same great benefits as part of the 1-, 3-, or 5-year license.

If you don't renew your subscription license before its expiration date, the license will stop working. You have up to 30 days after the expiration date in which you can purchase your subscription license renewal. The license duration will be extended from the original expiration date. If you renew after your expiration date, you must deactivate and reactivate your subscription license.
You are responsible for your renewal date. In your label design software, on the bottom right-hand corner, there is a countdown showing how many days remain on that license. You can also log in to your account, navigate to Licenses, and search for your serial number to find your license expiration date.
In the Licenses tool, you can easily view pricing for 1-, 3-, and 5-year renewal terms and add your renewal to your cart.
If you don't renew your SMA before the expiration date, there is a 30-day grace period in which you can renew your SMA. The renewal term will always begin on the day immediately following the original expiration date. You are responsible for your renewal date. After the 30-day grace period, the SMA will be closed and can no longer be renewed.
You can log in to your account, navigate to Licenses, and search for your serial number to find your SMA expiration date. In the Licenses tool, you can easily view pricing for 1-, 3-, and 5-year renewal terms and add your renewal to your cart.

Yes, you can renew any TEKLYNX label design software license or maintenance agreement that you rightfully own or manage, regardless of whether you were the individual to purchase and/or register the initial license or agreement.
To renew the license, create or log in to your account, navigate to Licenses under My Account, and search for the serial number to view renewal options.
There are a few ways to find your License Serial Number:
- Refer to the email we sent you when you ordered your original TEKLYNX license
- Open your TEKLYNX barcode label software and go to Help > About
- Open the TEKLYNX License Manager for your product
